  • What are the benefits of using LED lights?
    LED lights are energy-efficient, long-lasting, durable, environmentally friendly, and have a wide range of color temperature options. It saves your electricity bill, maintenance effort and costs, and gives you a brighter and more comfortable lighting experience.
  • How are Brite’s products better than other lighting companies out there?
    All of Brite’s products are specifically designed and manufactured with better heat dissipation, premium quality LED chips and driver than the current products in the market in order for us to provide the highest quality products in the industry for our customers. We provide end-to-end customer service for your customer journey with us, so feel free to drop us a message anytime if you have any questions.
  • Are there any hidden costs?
    Nope! We are transparent with our product pricings.
  • Are Brite’s LED lights compatible with my current fixtures?
    Our products are designed to be compatible with most standard light fixtures, but it is best to drop us a message/email with the measurements and pictures to confirm.
  • What is the color temperature of LED lights?
    LED lights come with a range of color temperatures, ranging from 3000K to 6000K. The higher the Kelvin temperature, the cooler/whiter the colour.
  • Do LED lights contain any hazardous materials?
    LED lights do not contain hazardous materials like mercury, which is found in some traditional lighting sources.
  • Can Brite’s LED lightings be dimmed?
    Yes, it can be selected as an add on option for some of the products.
  • How much energy do LED lights save compared to traditional lighting sources?
    LED lights can use up to 90% less energy compared to traditional lighting sources such as halogen and fluorescent, which can result in significant energy savings over time.
  • Are LED lights safe for outdoor use?
    Yes, LED lights can be designed for outdoor use and are resistant to weather and temperature changes. Check out Brite's available outdoor products here.
  • How much are the delivery costs and how long do they take?
    Delivery will take about 3-5 working days to reach your door step. The rates are as follows: Up to 5kg - $10 5kg - 10kg - $15 10kg - 15kg - $20 15kg - 20kg - $25 20kg - 25kg - $30 25kg and above - $35
  • Do you have a physical shop for viewing and self-collection?
    Yes we do! We’re located at 21 Woodlands Close, #05-12 Primz Bizhub, Singapore 737854. We are open Monday to Friday, from 9am - 5pm, Saturday from 9am - 12 pm Orders placed online and have opted for self collection will be ready for collection within the next working day, we will send you a notification (phone or email) once it is ready for collection. If you do not receive any notification within 1-2 working days, please reach out to us.
  • Can i do a self-collection?
    Yes! You can collect your order in person at our office located at 21 Woodlands Close, #05-12 Primz Bizhub, Singapore 737854. Orders will be ready for self collection within the next working day, we will send you a notification (phone or email) once it is ready for collection. If you do not receive any notification within 2 working days, please reach out to us. .
  • What type of online payment do you take?
    We accept payments via Credit card (Visa/Master) and PayNow.
  • Can i do a Cash on Delivery (COD)?
    No, all online orders have to be paid in full before they will be delivered to you.
  • Can i pay only during self-collection?
    If you have made your order online, we will require the full payment to be completed so that we can prepare your order in advance before your pick up. If you would like to come down and place the order with us directly on the spot, we accept payment via Cash and PayNow.
  • How do I know if my payment is well received?
    You will receive a payment confirmation email after your payment is successfully received. If you have not received the email, please contact us to verify the status.
  • Do you provide installation? What's the cost of installation?
    Yes we do! The installation charge depends on number of lights, location and the complexity of the installation. Please contact us for a quotation.
  • Can I install the Brite's LED lights by myself?
    Yes, you can install LED lights yourself if you have basic electrical knowledge and the proper tools. However, for safety reasons and to ensure proper installation, it is recommended to hire a licensed electrician. We also provide installation services, please contact us for more information. You may also refer to our instructional video on the steps to install the ceiling light source on your own:
  • Can I install Brite’s LED lights in my existing fixtures?
    Yes, you can install our products in most existing fixtures, but it is best to drop us a message/email with the measurements and pictures to confirm.
  • Are there any special considerations for installing LED lights in damp or wet locations?
    Yes, you must use LED lights that are specifically designed for damp or wet locations to ensure safety.
  • What is the warranty on Brite’s LED lights?
    Please see the individual product descriptions for the warranty period. The warranty for products varies, and spans between 1-2 years. The warranty period is dated from the invoice issued to you (e.g. if your invoice date is 1 June 2023, your warranty will be until 1 June 2024). If you require a replacement of your LED lights, please contact us.
  • Do you accept exchanges or refunds?
    At Brite, we are committed to providing high-quality LED lighting solutions to our valued customers. To ensure a transparent and hassle-free shopping experience, please review our exchange policy below: All sales are final, we do not provide refunds. Exchanges are only applicable within 30 days from the date of purchase and only eligible if the items are new, unused, uninstalled, must be in their original packaging and includes all the accessories. Exchange is subjected to stock availability. If the stock is unavailable, you can exchange it for something else of equal store value. Please contact us along with your invoice number and date of purchase. Following approval of the exchange, please arrange for the item to be returned to us via trackable mail, or exchange it at our office. All delivery costs (for both the return and mailing) will be borned by the customer. Brite reserves all final rights on all exchanges. For defective items Brite will conduct a thorough quality check on all our products before they are processed for delivery to our customers. But in the event of a defect, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving the item along with your invoice number, date of purchase, and pictures/videos of the defect to expedite the exchange process. Once verified, an one-to-one exchange will be provided, subjected to replacement availability. If stock is unavailable, you can exchange it for something else of equal store value.
